A uniquely elegant meal! Succulent duck halves roasted to perfection. Crisp, lean, and partially de-boned. Supplied with a delectable gourmet orange sauce. You're sure to fall with the Today Gourmet Foods Roasted Duckling.

Conventional Oven: From frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. From thawed, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Convection Oven: From frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 26 minutes. From thawed, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.

Microwave: Remove portion from bag and place in a microwave safe baking dish. Place duck in oven and cook on high power for 9-10 minutes. If defrosted, 3-4 minutes.

Heating Instructions for Orange Sauce:
Place unopened sauce packet in boiling water and boil for 6 to 8 minutes or pour orange sauce in a microwave safe dish, place in microwave oven and cook on high power for 1-2 minutes.
